Overview
BNX® 2820 is a 10% active pelletized masterbatch of the antioxidant BHT in an LDPE homopolymer carrier. It is designed for use in the manufacture of polyolefin films.

Applications
BNX® 2820 is designed for use in the manufacture of polyolefin films, including those used in food packaging applications.

Guidelines for Use
Typical suggested use levels in polyolefin films range between 1% and 2% by weight (0.1–0.2% based on the total active BHT component). The exact formulation to be used is dependent on the substrate, performance requirements, and other factors, and should be determined by the user based on testing to simulate actual conditions of use. Please contact your Mayzo representative for specific recommendations for your application.
Storage
This product may be stored up to two years in a sealed container. Containers should be kept tightly closed when not in use and stored in a cool, dry place.
