BASF and Mayzo Inc., a privately owned chemical company, signed a definitive agreement under which BASF’s chemical additives will be distributed to their adhesives and sealants customers in North America solely by Mayzo. This will include additives of the former Ciba Specialty Chemical Company, which were acquired by BASF.
